February 23, 2005: I'm trying to read this book slowly, the way you try to savor a box of chocolates, but it's tempting to just gobble it all up. Mary DeMuth is a truly gifted writer with a huge heart. I open her book feeling sure that I'm the ONLY Mom who struggles with boredom, frustration, loneliness and feelings of inadequacy, only to find someone who can express my feelings better than I can - and who applies a healing balm from God's word, every time. I met the author once, and she is as lovely as her book.
