    October 25, 2009: Every page of this book empowers the reader to make optimal choices. Whether it is planning, emotions, communication, leadership, or any other area, this book shows you how to maximize. I have not come across any other book that has taken this realistic leap into optimization. And it is written in such a way that any person can implement this "language of the best self." Parents should make sure that they read this book and pass it on to their children.
