      Synopsis

Readers will go nuts for the new Kate Holly novel.

Psychologist Kate Holly is about to get evicted from her office, and her best option may be to share space with her jacuzzi-loving ex-boyfriend, Dr. Thad Glazer. That's not going to help her patch things up with her firefighter ex-husband. With her oddball patients, meddling mother, and eccentric secretary thrown into the mix—not to mention a spree of suspicious fires—will Kate put her life back together or wind up in a padded cell?

June 20, 2009: Reading this book was like reading one of Janet Evanovitch's. The same kind of crazy humor and characters, but since I like to read Evanovitch, this one kept me in stitches too.

May 09, 2009: I liked this book a lot. I think Hughes found her stride and I could relate more to the characters. In the first book the main character seems a bit whiny, but then Hughes delves more into her relationships and it makes a lot more sense, which I appreciated. I thought it was funny and original and I like that it takes place in Atlanta! :)
