June 27, 2008: This book gets back to the basics. A healthy diet reflective of what mother earth has to offer us. The authors share well researched information about the diets of traditional peoples as well as excerpts from other authors pertaining to health and wellness. The book contains delicious recipes as well as the background/reasoning for following this nutritional path.
