Offbeat tales of life in the military based on true incidents, No Rules gives the reader a close look at a side of military life seldom seen by anyone outside the military.
No Rules is a collection of fictionalized short stories based on everyday life in the U.S. military. Some of the stories are humorous while others are serious in nature. But they all give the reader a closer look at a side of life in the military that is seldom seen by anyone outside of the military or veterans groups.

January 21, 2002: Because most military books are about sadness or death, this one seemed very different. 'No Rules,' my guess told by someone who's bookoo funny, brought back many happy memories of my time in the service.

December 20, 2001: I especially liked the funny stories. My favorite was 'Quarantined.' What do you do when your hung-over section won't clean up for the general's inspection--and your tough young combat vets say, 'If you put us in the stockade, at least the VietCong can't shoot at us--sounds like R & R!' When I read this book, I kept telling these stories to my friends, who got a kick out of No Rules vicariously.
