You have been playing fantastic all night. You have a mountain of chips in front of you. Your buddies surround you, congratulating you on your best night ever. Then you look down and see two black aces! You smile to yourself and think of all the fun you will have spending your winnings and one terrifying minute later you see all of your chips getting pushed to your opponent. It happened so quickly that you are not sure of anything, except the fact that after playing great for hours you now have nothing to show for it.
All of your chips are gone and all it took was one big mistake. What happened?
This is the nature of No Limit Texas Hold 'Em. All of your chips are at risk on every hand. Every mistake is magnified. Every decision is important. At any moment you can lose everything; but so can your opponents! Often the player that makes the least mistakes wins.
This book details 15 of the most common mistakes found at the poker table. By avoiding these mistakes, you will be able to win more money on a more consistent basis. You will be able to avoid putting your chips into losing situations. You will immediately see when your opponents are making critical playing mistakes and punish them by taking all of their chips! This book is also loaded with tips and techniques that will help improve your game immediately. It doesn't matter if you play cash games or tournaments, recreational or for serious cash, this book will make you a better poker player.

March 28, 2007: Nothing new here if you've read any other solid NL hold'em books. I would strongly recommend this book (more like a large pamphlet) to a novice/beginner--it would have saved me some cash back when. Also, the proof reader must have been asleep at the switch as this book is filled with grammatical errors.
