could not put this book down. The cover it self got me but as i opened it and read it had me captivated. great opening for raens story. I had it read it a second time and it was great. If you like a lot of romance with hummer and mistery this is the book. Can't wait for lyon's story

I devour books so it's great to find a new author I like. To sum it up, 3 half satyr brothers get a letter commanding them to find 3 half fairy women who think they're human. The brothers are fighting trouble in their Tuscany vineyard as well, but Nicholas knows he needs a non-human bride to bear his heirs. So he goes off to a village near Rome to find Jane, whose aunt has evil plans for her. Jane's worried about her younger sister Emma because she doesn't want her to develop the same weird abilities Jane herself has, plus she wants to get her sis out of their aunt's clutches. Good story. Unusual, riveting, non-boring sex. Erotic to the max. Enjoyed it thoroughly and looking forward to the next brother's story.

Nicholas is the kind of alpha male hero I love to read. Not a jerk, but very self-assured and sexy. Very cool idea about how the satyrs are half-human and have a winery in Italy and especially about how they change at night into extremely sexual beings. I loved Nicholas and Jane's romance and seeing it grow from not knowing each other on their wedding night to much more. Very HOT sex, but there's good story too. Well-researched history of the aphid blight that destroyed much of the vineyards in Europe. I'd never heard about that before, so it was quite interesting to me. If Erotic historical romance is your thing, give it a try. Bear in mind that it contains very steamy sex scenes. Most are between main characters Nicholas and Jane, but there's a menage scene involving main characters Nicholas and Jane and the 2 brothers, and the villainess has a brief f/f scene with her friends. All fit nicely into the plot though and don't feel stuck-in there.
