July 13, 2009: My mother always told me that the best recipes come from the name brand product manufacturer. This one from Nestle Toll-House is one book on baking I really like. The recipes are simple and easy, plus it's a handy, board-book format that makes it easy to use in the kitchen. All the recipes contain the semi-sweet morsels, and I especially enjoyed the Chocolatey Raspberry Crumb Bars. It's even got a recipe for the holidays, Holiday Peppermint Bark. Since I love chocolate, this is one cookbook I will continue to enjoy.
