June 13, 2001: In 1998 at the ripe old age of 40 I had to have a total hysterectomy. None of the doctors ever told me about NATURAL HRT. They only told me that I should be on estrogen replacement for the rest of my life. Of course they prescribed the HORSE kind, even when I complained of constantly burning up and gaining too much weight. I had to convince them I need Progesterone by reading from the list (of benefits) in this book. I am doing much better since I made the switch about three months ago.
