      November 16, 2009: This book is an incredible resource to get a "big picture" understanding of all of the nursing issues..it is clear and specific and is truly the best book I have found for nursing school and preparing for the boards. I would highly recommend it, as it also prepares you mentally for the new test taking skills needed for the computer testing of the boards. This book is worth every penny and will be a constant resource. Dont wait to get it after classes,,,use it along with your texts to realize the full body assessments and therapies to be aware of.

      September 24, 2009: I took the Hurst review and then bought this book when I realized they don't have practice questions. This book is great with tons of questions and rationales. I passed with 75 questions on the first try. I have recommended this book to all of my friends!
