October 06, 2009: The ability to study in the different catagories and areas of each catagory was my favorite feature of this software. If you find that you are week on MedSurg or OB GYN, you can simply concentrate on those areas. You can take several initial 75 question random exams and actually see the results to see what areas are your weak spots. Also, you can take the exams in study mode (see the answer & rationale after each question) or test mode (review just missed questions or all questions at the end). I truly would recommend this program to nursing students while they take their Pathophysiology Courses because the program allows you to study categories. I saw many similar questions on my nursing exams at school. The other program I thought was helpful was a program we bought through our School called MedsPublishing. It was $59 a semester. I hope this helps anyone and good luck with school and on your boards!

June 25, 2008: Nclex 4000 is very challenging, the questions are difficult and you will more likely see the same questions on a nursing exam or hesi. It give you the opportunity to focus on different areas.
