April 20, 2009: This is such a delightful historical novel in many ways. Not only does the author do a marvelous job in capturing the time period through both characterizations and descriptive background, but he also seamlessly added a great romantic tale. A great book to spend reading together in bed with your loved one or spouse, for surely it is a book to be shared.
