April 23, 2001: I was born in India and raised in Nepal and now in US. I have never even come close to Tibet and being a tibetan, it hurts not to be in your own country. But while reading this book, it really fealt like I was there and I fealt the pain of the people in Tibet. I won't go into much details but I would recommend this book to everyone one especially Tibetans who don't know what there ancestors has gone through.
