June 07, 2009: I love reading this book!!! I was divorced last year and reading this book was like seeing my life unfold in many ways. I love the fact that it is not preachy and stereotypical, meaning it doesn't just focus on women but on both genders. It show's the reader's the process or emotional process of the divorce both with the children and the adult, often times, the children are left behind to fend for themselves. I love reading the interviews because it made the book more human and I felt very connected with the people who were being interviewed. Great reading and I highly recommend to both men and women whetther you are going through a divorce or have finalized your divorce.

March 27, 2007: This excellent new book is now my 'top pick' in the divorce care or divorce recovery category. It's so true-to-life, warts and all, so aware of the real experiences we face as divorced adults. If you can only buy and read one book to help you get through your divorce, this is the book! You'll find honest, realistic, encouraging hope here.
