I wish we'd had this information when we purchased our first home, but it's not too late to inform our children & grand-children as to how easy it is to be scammed. This book should be a must for every potential home buyer. Having the knowledge of what this book offers is information we should all be aware of. Thanks for making it an easy book to read.
