April 03, 2008: I grew up eating recipes out of this cookbook, and bought one for myself as soon as I got to college. It's perfect because all of the recipes are delicious, very easy to make, healthy and balanced, and they use ingredients you actually have on-hand (unlike many other 'health' cookbooks). If I could only own one cookbook, this would be it. I'm convinced that any age cook, with any level of experience, can use this book successfully. Simply put: buy this cookbook if you don't have it yet.
