January 30, 2007: Exchange Server 2003 Administrator's Pocket Consultant is the best book I've found for day to day administration. Out of all the computer manuals I've bought, this is one of the few books I reference often. This is an outstanding book for newcomers and experienced admins alike.

December 19, 2006: I don't know what the other reviewers of this book are doing with their Exchange environments, but mine isn't that complicated and I have not found one answer that I was looking for in this book. In my opinion it has been useless for me. If you need more information than how to create a user or administer a mailbox look for another book. This won't get you there.
