October 28, 2007: This is one of those textbooks that you hate to buy. It's expensive, it's heavy, it's dry. But it is the bible of radiography. More to the point, it's The Bible. They almost every position you might ever run into, and clearly point out those that you really need in the field. The anatomy portion is aimed specifically at radiography. Not everyone needs to know about the ASIS, but if you're getting into this field, you had better. I'm currently hauling two volumes, one for A&P and one for positions & procedures. My backpack weighs 28 pounds! At least it has wheels. Even if this isn't the required textbook, you really need to have it.
