December 29, 2005: I picked this book up solely by it's title and was floored with how simple yet concise the information inside was. I have bought probably 20-30 fitness-related books in the past, and while some of them were good, no one has ever made getting in shape as simple as this. I have to say, this is a book that changes how you workout with how your life is each and every week, making it a book you simply have to keep for a lifetime. I've only been using the hardcover version of the book for 3 weeks now and I've already lost 5 lbs.
