Laurence J. Boulle, BA, LL.B, LL.M, PhD has worked at universities in Africa, Europe, North America and Australasia and was William J. Cook fellow at the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor. He is currently Professor and Deputy Dean, School of Law, Bond University, Australia and an accredited mediator with the Queensland Supreme Court, practicing in family, franchising, commercial leasing, workplace and organizational mediation. He is on the Law Council of Australia ADR Committee and former chair of the Australian government ADR Advisory Council. His books on mediation and other topics have been published in seven countries.
Michael T. Colatrella Jr., JD., LL.M is Director and Senior Lecturer at Southern Methodist University's Center for Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management in Plano, Texas, which is part of the Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education & Human Development. He also served as a full time Lecturer at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law from 2000-05. Mr. Colatrella is a court-approved mediator in Texas, New Jersey & Kansas, practicing in the areas of workplace, commercial, consumer fraud, personal injury, and commercial lease mediation. He teaches in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Negotiation, Lawyering Skills and Civil Trial Practice.
Anthony P. Picchioni, PhD is the Chair of Southern Methodist University's Department of Human Development at the Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development. He practices in the areas of family, commercial, workplace and organizational mediation. Dr. Picchioni is also a therapist who has worked in private, group andhospital practice settings. He served on the Texas Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors, and is former Chair of the Texas Licensing Board and of the Complaints Committee. He teaches in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Negotiation, and Counseling.
