I thought this book had everything in it and more. It is very easy to understand and very thorough. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to either learn the subjects, or a refresher course.

Biography

Patricia Mulchrone is a professor emerita in the adult educational development department at William Rainey Harper College, Palatine, Illinois.
