October 16, 2008: Most of the book is excellent. HOWEVER, in my printed copy of the book there were about 20 cases missing in the last chapter with just blank pages so BEWARE.

Also, incorrectly says GIST is the most common submucosal tumor in the esophagus which is incorrect. Should be leimoyoma in this location.
