Purpose: This manual offers a new perspective on nutrition care in the 21st century and reflects the two associations' practice guidelines for therapeutic nutrition intervention in the U.S. and Canada.

Features: In this user-friendly manual, the content has been reorganized and grouped into main sections, which are divided by tabbed pages. The main sections are nutrition assessment, lifecycle nutrition, nutrition management, nutrition support, and diets. The tabbed dividers and subsections allow for easy access to specific chapters.
