    September 14, 2008: I was at first skeptical when this book was recommended to me that it would turn out to be just another one of those 'don't worry, be happy' books. But as I got into it and started practicing the techniques, the more I began to realize there was real substance here. I am definitely much calmer and less likely to internalize tension now that I have a strategy for letting go of the things I can't control. I will continue to practice these simple and effective techniques as part of my daily routine going forward. Very helpful!!
