June 07, 2009: The cookbook is easy to read and the recipes are easy to prepare. There is a weath of information in this book and I found it well worth the money spent.

March 28, 2009: I've used just a few of the recipes in this book thus far (three or four of the chicken dishes, a meatloaf, and some Brussels sprouts), but I've enjoyed them all. I'm pleasantly surprised at how flavorful they are. Photos would have been nice, but aren't really necessary. Cookbooks, though, should be bound so that they can lie open on the counter, and that's not the case with this one.
