December 04, 2007: I thought this was a well-written book. I thought it was very accurate in describing what we BPD people experience. It is so hard to get people without BPD to understand what it is like for us. It describes what BPD is, it's symptoms, possible treatment options and most of all perspective to a complicated disorder. I personally have had a hard time explaining and educating others about my disorder, such as my behaviors, even to psychologists that I now let them borrow my copy to read. They later tell me it was really helpful. Please, people with BPD and people without... read this book it is extremely helpful.
