February 11, 2001: This is the best book on Yoga from the man that reinvented Hatha Yoga in the world. B.K.S. Iyengar is 82 as of this writing and continues to refine the material in this book. However, as a foundation for Yoga practice and study, this book has no peer. It has helped me more than I can say. I recommend it to anyone studying any form of Yoga.
