Based on the #1 New York Times bestseller with two million copies in print a beautifully designed journal that includes 365 inspirational affirmations.
With 365 daily affirmations and blank pages for journal writing, Phil McGraw is back to help millions of followers figure out what is wrong in their lives, and how to fix it. In his trademark tell-it-like-it-is style made famous by his weekly Oprah appearances he provides readers with daily affirmations and inspirational statements that will become a source of strength for anyone who has used his books to change their lives. The Life Strategies Self-Discovery Journal is bound to become the next big "Dr. Phil" bestseller.
Phillip C. McGraw, Ph.D., author of the #1 New York Times bestsellers Life Strategies and Relationship Rescue, has worked in the field of human functioning and strategic life planning for over twenty years. He is the co-founder and president of Courtroom Sciences, Inc., and has been associated with some of the highest-profile litigation cases in the country, including Oprah’s highly publicized “mad cow” suit. A professional psychologist, he appears regularly on Oprah as her resident expert on human functioning. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
Though he first gained notoriety for his frequent, fired-up guest spots on Oprah, Phillip C. McGraw (a.k.a. "Dr. Phil") was able to parlay the talk show queen's admiration into his own show and a series of bestselling books, through which he delivers his unapologetic, no-nonsense advice in a tough but colorful down-home style.

An Expensive Way to Buy Lined Paper in Bound Form!
Donald Mitchell
(donmitch@irresistibleforces.com)
, a management consultant from Boston, 11/14/2001
Each page in this journal is in the same format. It has a one sentence epigram from Life Strategies at the top. You then get blue lines across the rest of the page, where you can fill in your ideas on this topic. Compared to either Life Strategies or The Life Strategies Workbook, this journal is not very helpful at all. If you have read Life Strategies, you can simply write down your ideas about the key elements in that book on your own paper. If you want to do exercises, The Life Strategies Workbook is superb and I highly recommend it. Skip this journal! Do you learn best by thinking, writing, talking, doing, or some combination of the above? Whatever the best method is, use that method to apply Life Strategies to improving your life!
