November 15, 2008: Let's Do Lunch really works.

I am five feet tall, a wife, a daughter, a mother of three,and I am a full-time estate planning attorney. Two and a half years ago, I weighed 163 pounds. I was miserable.My knees ached and I was on Zocor for my cholesterol.

I have tried many weight loss strategies such as Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Atkins, Nutritionists, Trainers and read hundreds of books on the subject. I lost weight on some of the above programs, but nothing worked well and nothing lasted. I was at my wits end, when a few years ago I read a review such as this one and decided to buy this book.

"Let's Do Lunch" has changed my life. I am now 127 pounds, I feel great and I'm off of medication.

The book takes just a short time to read, but it gives a system for eating. This book is for everyone who is sick of dieting and is looking for an inexpensive answer that works. You can still eat out and eat foods that taste good and are satisfying. Within a week of starting the system, my cravings ended.

On all of the other diets I had ever been on, the message was that I was lazy or an emotional eater. That is just not the case, most of us have never been taught how to eat. This program helped me and it has helped thousands achieve their weight loss goals.

I am truly thankful to Roger Troy Wilson for writing such a compelling book. When he figured out the program he was praying to die. He weighed 420 pounds and had a five foot waist. When you see and read about his transformation, you know that this guy is living proof that this works.

October 28, 2006: Our family started the Let's Do Lunch book as a lifestyle change not a diet. We have followed the recipes in the book and have enjoyed eating this new way. It feels so good to get sugar out of our lives! My husband lost fourteen pounds in six weeks, my daughter lost about nine pounds and I lost twenty pounds. We did not start an exercise program or anything else other than eat this new way. It's very easy and rewarding. We are never hungry, there is always good food to eat.
