February 19, 2002: This compilation is what it claims to be, an idea generator. Each author is an 'authoritiy' in their field...the book is a fast read, and touches upon every issue faced by people in business today. Frankly it a good read for a middle manager, or even a small biz owner. Best of all, don't need to read it all, skip to the chapter that apeals most to you.
