      March 18, 2008: This is a great read, for anyone in a management position, or those who want to be an effective leader. Pavagadhi presents his case, with great real world examples. I think their is something for all of us to learn from this book.

      March 15, 2008: Well written with an interesting insight into the world of 'knowledge-power' and how that helps all of us to be better leaders. The use of well-known historic examples throughout the book illuminated the basic ideas and principles.
