The USMLE Step 3 exam evaluates a resident's ability to practice unsupervised medicine. It is a 2 day exam. Day 1 features 336 multiple-choice questions; day 2 features 144 multiple-choice questions and 9 Clinical Case Scenarios.

July 27, 2009: The BEST source I had for step 3. It is completely focused on getting you above a passing score, nothing else. Format is really easy to learn from and I think the detail level is excellent for Boards Prep. Good editing too - not many errors.

May 12, 2009: Very Nice Format provided by Dr. Conrad Fischer, it is great if you have taken the Kaplan courses with him, this pretty much compels what he has been teaching. It is good for a preparation in the USMLE Step 2 and Step 3. Needs a few more details in certain areas of the book (e.g. Pulmonary Cancer) in order to make it perfect, otherwise than that very good book.
