September 22, 2006: I had heard of this fitness expert Jackowski over the years and have seen him on a number of interviews and magazines. As a man, I always thought that jumping rope was to difficult for me to grasp and I always felt that you needed to be some sort of great athlete to do it. I was extremely pleased with the entire product, especially the DVD which shows you how to properly warm-up and stretch and how to overcome common barriers to learning how to jump rope properly. Prior to getting this kit, I always doubled-jumped or jumped too high and/or tripped after a few jumps. Needless to say, six months after practicing and jumping rope a few times a week, am now up to 30 minutes of jumping rope without a break! For anyone looking to improve their hand-eye coordination, lose some fat and become truly aerobically fit, I highly recommend this easy-to-follow kit - it has changed my life!

April 06, 2006: If you have any experience in jumping rope, this product is of little help. I already enjoy jumping rope, but wanted a workout video to learn some new jumps and for motivation. Most of this DVD is spent teaching how to do a basic jump. Even the actual workout portion is only 10 minutes long! Overall, I was disappointed. I do encourage that anyone try jumping rope. It is a great way to lose weight!
