December 03, 2008: Compared to several other vegan cookbooks I have, I know I can coun't on making each recipe with confidence and satisfaction. Bran Muffins are so comforting and yummy, me & my kids spent a Sunday morning gushing over them, even my 8 year old boy couldn't get enough. Really, everything I have made has been such a success. As a mom, I know I can count on this book to feed my ever-hungry family.
