November 05, 2006: I bought this book and recommend it. It covers nearly all of the Jewish holidays and summarizes its importance. It does not get deeper into the Day of Atonement though (Kippur), which by far is considered one of the most important and holiest holidays. I highly recommend the book below to supplement this.
