    February 23, 2009: If you have been thinking about writing ITIL foundation exams but find the amount of material to read discouraging, then try ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit - Study Guide Book and Online Course. Depending on your level of experience in providing IT services it may be the only material you will have to study (the study guide and online course) to pass the exam. That has been the case for me. I have been IT manager for 8 years, studied ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit for about a week and scored 97% on the exam. I found the contents of the study guide and the online course to be clear and succinct but complete for an experienced IT manager. I would definitely recommend the certification kit for IT managers thinking of writing ITIL foundation V3 exam or for those who are simply looking for a concise but complete introduction to ITIL.
