September 18, 2003: Ashida Kim leads you to believe that you will perform secret exercises that will give you a body hard as iron. Instead, he gives you some very off the wall meditational techniques that you would keep 'secret' just because you don't want anyone to know you did it. Also, he introduces you to witchcraft making it out to be an innocent form of acheiving great power and discipline. Don't waste your money, don't waste your time.
