October 02, 2005: This was a wonderful book if you plan to buy multiple homes per property. I found a lot of information I didn't know, but it really was based towards buying groups of homes, and not one home per property. I found a lot of the information repeated itself, but it was very informative and useful! I am looking into investing in fixer-upper homes, ONE home per property and I felt it wasn't really geared towards me.
