November 22, 2009: While admittedly the Eragon movie is one of the worst movies I have ever seen this series still deserves to be read. To best describe it, this storyline is what would have come about had George Lucas and J.R.R. Tolkien had a little powwow. Certainly a good read for anyone who is a fan of either stories and especially for those who are fans of the fantasy genre.

October 15, 2009: This is perhaps the most amazing book series I have ever had the pleasure to read. Brisingr, the most recent book, in particular is great - It's the climax - when the story's ending draws near, and we know what fantastic revelations lie just at our fingertips! Join Eragon the farm boy as he continues to learn about his history and his future. Great "growing up" story - a fantastic read for everyone. All ages will enjoy the thrill ride of magic, adventure, and just general fantasy. Christopher Paolini is a literary genious - and he wrote Eragon (the first book) when he was just 16! Eragon Saphira, and Arya are the perfect group of characters - fully developed and highly enjoyable to read about. The plot as a whole is astonishing - Eragon and Saphira, once living on a farm or in an egg are then pitted against the most powerful enemies in the world! Never fear though, they have the kind and woody elves and the tough rocky dwarves to help them all along the way. In the end though, a final confrontation is inevitable - and readers just can't wait. Buy the book and read it to the end in order to find out what happens! Will Eragon escape each pressing struggle that plagues his early life? What happens to the other characters in the story? It's up to you to find out!
