This book is straight and to the point. It doesn't go into a grocery list of stuff you should be doing it focuses on a core set of things you should do before, during and after handing-off a project. Very short and reads like a fiction book. I read it in 2 nights!

So simple... so easy...

From the first moment I started reading this book, I couldn't put it down. I found many instances in the book that I could identify with because these types of issues were happening in my very own company. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn simple, yet effective delegation.
