August 25, 2009: It begins with a vision that Chloe Wherlock has concerning a baby and his father. Chloe knows that ignoring her visions results in disaster, so she and her sister Laurel set about to save these two people. After the death of Laurel, Chloe vows to protect the baby and his father Lord Julian Kenwood. Someone wants Julian dead and it's his uncle and his beautiful and unfaithful wife Beatrice.
I loved this book. At first I thought I had read it before, but Ms Howell but the first chapter in her last book, as she has done with the next book in this new series. As with all her books the evil people are really evil I was always waiting for the shoe to drop on Chloe and Julian. I have come to love the Wherlocks and the Vaughns. I'm hoping that Mordred gets his own book, along with Leo and the rest of the Wherlocks and Vaughns.Great 1st Book to her new seriesby Anonymous
