May 23, 2003: I purchased this (and the Mommy book) for my daughter -- born in 1990. She always loved and asked for this book!! It went through two other siblings and they equally adored it!! Now I order copies for friends having their first child.... knowing it will be passed down the line for their family too!! Wonderful illustrations and simple, beautiful words!!! Both books are gems!!
