    June 12, 2008: You can read this book in 1 day. The reason I wanted to get this was because I heard it had a 70% success rate. I had watched the TV show on TLC and went to his website. I practiced the 4 rules for about 3 weeks. I felt great, but had lost no weight. Then I got the book with cd. Once I read the book and started listening to the cd, I lost 5 pounds in 10 days, had more energy than I knew what to do with and I have never felt better about food, exercise and myself. I highly recommend this program. The weight will not come off fast, but this time I feel like it will keep coming off and stay off. Listening to the cd everyday has really been the key for me. I still have a lot more weight to lose, but I have no doubt I'll get there. Thank You Paul McKenna. You Rule!

    May 28, 2008: The book is an easy read, you can easily finish it in one sitting. But the simplicity coupled with the exercises make it powerful. Also the mind-programming CD that comes with the book really does work!
