December 12, 2008: Words cannot express how excellent this book is! I have read many other books on this topic that were very vague and sappy. This book provides very practical information to get you on the road to recovery quickly. While it is true that some broken hearts take longer to mend, I assure you that several reading of this book will be extremely helpful. I loved it!!! I will read it over and over and over again to help keep things in perspective. This book provides good sound help and motivation for each day as well as activities to do each day. I loved it! Buy it! Read it!
