Step-by-step tutorials cover Mac OS X Leopard, Safari, iLife, iTunes, iWork, and the other bundled tools. Along with coverage of the operating system and applications, the book includes chapters on running Windows on a Mac, networking in a mixed PC environment, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Dwight Spivey is a software engineer for Konica Minolta where he handles Mac maintenance. He teaches classes on Mac usage, writes training materials, and is a Mac OS X beta tester for Apple.

This book covers most of what anyone new to Mac's or to Mac OS X needs to know. The descriptions and steps are easy to follow and quick to the point, but the author makes the process fun with quick and timely wit. I enjoyed reading the banter as much as I did the 'techie stuff.'
Truly a work of Art!

Prior to reading this book I was scared to even touch a MAC. After Reading this great piece of literature, I feel there is nothing I can do on my MAC. Thank you for writing such a truly detailed book!
