      July 09, 2008: this is an excellent book. I wished it was the first one I bought when I became interested in the pharmaceutical sales business. Tom Ruff is personable, provides excellent sample examples of resumes, emails, letters for networking, and info on every step needed to take to land a job in pharmaceutical sales. You will be so pleased with this book.
