March 21, 2003: This is the first book I have read that truly captured what I was experiencing. It gave me a new perspective on my husband's illness. It also helped me to understand how I was allowing his depression to rule both of our lives. I highly recommend this book and thank Anne Sheffield for her straightforward insight and advice.
