Synopsis
In his previous books, The Orion Prophecy and The World Cataclysm in 2012, Patrick Geryl presented proof that the ancient Maya predicted in great detail the scenario set to take place in the year 2012, a scenario of complete and utter destruction which has occurred in Earth's past and will occur again. Due to a recurring pattern of activity in the sun's magnetic fields, the magnetic poles of the sun reverse from time to time. These cause havoc with the Earth's magnetic field, resulting in the reversal of the Earth's magnetic poles, hence a reversal of its very rotation!
The Earth's outer crust is thrown into chaos, with planet-wide earthquakes, volcanoes and tidal waves reshaping landmasses and seas in a matter of hours. Civilization as we know it will end. Billions of casualties will occur worldwide; very few humans will survive. In the face of this immense cataclysm, Geryl urges mankind to prepare and endure. The outlook is bleak, but the obstacles are not insurmountable. In this book, Geryl provides the blueprint for those wishing to survive the disaster to prepare themselves and prevail. He explains in detail the myriad problems survivors will encounter, and the precautions that need to be taken to overcome them. It is his hope that with this information in hand, enough people Will live on to reestablish civilization and continue human life on Earth.

August 15, 2009: I would not recommend this book and not yet certain as to why I purchased it, it looked interesting while in the store, then when I got home was disappointed beyond words.
Simple thoughts, everyone have an opinion on what to expect in 2012, yet at the time one writes what they perceive isn't always what becomes reality. Simple again is I look forward to 2012 and being positive in my everyday life, we could all use more positive in our existence instead of reading pointless books on one persons perception of what they believe is going to happen and great for Patrick Geryl on how he plans to survive it, I know I plan to survive without using his book as a point of reference. This is why I choose not to get so hyped up on what I should or should not do as each day the earth and world are changing, a beginning step would be to taking care of Earth Mother and being less destructive in our words, actions and deeds for this is my opinion only.What would I do if I had five years to live?by Anonymous

April 23, 2008: I would accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I would read to see what the Bible says about 2012. Then I wouldnt worry about it because I would realize that this theory is false. Read the Bible, it will tell you what you need to know about the end of days.
