October 23, 2005: Very good book for people looking to enhance their kitchen creativity. Unlike some of the competition, this does not have a lot of weird ingredients you need to struggle to find -- it's chock full of enjoyable and easy recipes, and can help you to find vegan possibilities for nearly any meal. Highly recommended.
