      April 27, 2009: I found this book over 25 years ago when I was sure that I had everything wrong with me. After 5 ER visits, Scans, three different Doctors, and three meds prescribed, I went to a book store and this book was sticking out a little on the shelf. It was meant to be. I to this day read it about once a year. It saved my life. I was med free within 6 months. I was back shopping, going out with friends, and happy again. I found out today that my brother is suffering from severe anxiety. I came to the B&N site hoping that the book is still in print. (won't give mine up)I plan to make a purchase to save his mind and life too. Please, if you need help, give this a try. Thank you Dr Claire Weekes.

      August 15, 2008: I was having heartattacks. Or so I thought. I kept going to the hosptial. I was fine, but I was dying. That was what I was 6 months ago. Now I am 97% anxiety free. How? Reading this book! I have not had another anxiety attack since reading this book. It's amazing how you think no one else in the world understands what you are going through, then you pick up this book & exactly how you have been feeling, is exactly what is written in black & white. Of course I still get my moments where I start to find myself becoming anxious, but it does not escalade to thinking that I am dying or having a heart attack. I can fight it off, no problem. I dont let anxiety have the best of me anymore. Please, if you are tired of anxiety, give this book a try... It WILL help! It CAN help! You just have to take the first step to want to be anxiety free! =D
